About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to join our injection molding department. In this role, you will primarily operate injection molding machines and perform processing and packaging directly in production. When needed, the role may also include other tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Operate injection molding machines and ensure an efficient production process.
- Process and package products according to instructions.
- Carry out work in accordance with established manufacturing instructions, procedures and drawings.
- Inspect your own work against reference parts and supporting documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report working hours in the Monitor ERP system.
- Maintain order and cleanliness (5S) within the department.
- Assist with deviation and complaint handling when required.
- Restore and tidy the workplace after completing work.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has fluent Swedish skills, both spoken and written.
- Has basic English skills, both spoken and written.
- Has a basic understanding of technical, mathematical and financial concepts.
- Is communicative, sociable and has good teamwork skills.
- Can work towards established goals, strategies and guidelines with a strong customer focus.
- Is eager to develop within your area of expertise and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Is a team player who contributes to a positive working environment.
