By transitioning from in-house prototyping to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prototalgroup.com\/services\/industrial-3d-printing\/\">Industrial 3D Printing<\/a>, Macula was able to scale production rapidly while maintaining tight tolerances, high surface quality, and a fast time to market.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Litecom \u00e8 un&#8217;azienda danese specializzata in soluzioni tecniche per produzioni live su larga scala, tra cui eventi internazionali come X Factor, Zulu Comedy Awards ed Eurovision. Forte dell&#8217;esperienza maturata nel settore dell&#8217;intrattenimento dal vivo, Litecom ha individuato la necessit\u00e0 di disporre di elementi di controllo dell&#8217;illuminazione pi\u00f9 avanzati e flessibili. Questo ha portato alla creazione di Macula, una filiale focalizzata sullo sviluppo e la commercializzazione di un nuovo sistema di controllo dell&#8217;illuminazione per l&#8217;industria dell&#8217;intrattenimento.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La sfida<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la fase iniziale di sviluppo, Litecom ha prodotto dei prototipi utilizzando stampanti 3D FDM interne. Pur essendo adatto per i primi test, questo approccio presentava dei limiti: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tolleranze e dettagli superficiali insufficienti per i componenti destinati all&#8217;uso finale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Idoneit\u00e0 limitata alla produzione in serie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vincoli nella scalata della produzione per soddisfare la domanda esterna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con l&#8217;aumento della maturit\u00e0 del prodotto e la crescita dell&#8217;interesse per il sistema Macula, Litecom aveva bisogno di un metodo di produzione in grado di supportare una qualit\u00e0 di livello produttivo e volumi scalabili senza introdurre ritardi nell&#8217;attrezzaggio o elevati investimenti iniziali.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Approccio alla produzione<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following an initial evaluation of industrial additive manufacturing options, Litecom engaged with our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prototalgroup.com\/about-us\/locations\/denmark\/\">Prototal site in Denmark<\/a>\u00a0to support the transition from prototyping to serial production.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tecnologia e selezione dei materiali<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industrial 3D Printing with the technology <a href=\"https:\/\/prototalgroup.com\/services\/industrial-3d-printing\/polymer\/sls\/\">Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PA 2210 FR, scelto per la stabilit\u00e0 dimensionale, la durata e la capacit\u00e0 di ritardare la fiamma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Post-lavorazione, incluso il trattamento della superficie e la tintura prima della consegna<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La stampa 3D industriale in SLS ha permesso di produrre i componenti di Macula con una precisione e una ripetibilit\u00e0 significativamente superiori rispetto alla stampa desktop, pur rimanendo adatta alla produzione in serie.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Passare alla produzione in serie<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dopo diverse iterazioni del progetto, la richiesta del sistema Macula \u00e8 aumentata rapidamente. Utilizzando la stampa 3D industriale, Macula \u00e8 stata in grado di: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aumenta la capacit\u00e0 produttiva senza cambiare gli utensili<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passa direttamente dai prototipi convalidati alla produzione in serie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rispondere rapidamente alla domanda del mercato<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questa flessibilit\u00e0 ha permesso alla nuova filiale di entrare nel mercato senza i ritardi tipicamente associati all&#8217;avvio della produzione tradizionale.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>I principali vantaggi della stampa 3D industriale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;uso della stampa 3D industriale ha supportato la strategia di sviluppo e produzione dei prodotti di Macula in tre aree chiave:<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Libert\u00e0 di progettazione<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La geometria dei componenti potrebbe essere ottimizzata per la funzionalit\u00e0 senza i vincoli dei metodi di produzione tradizionali, consentendo una maggiore integrazione ed efficienza progettuale.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costi di produzione controllati<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I costi di produzione sono rimasti prevedibili dal prototipo alla produzione in serie, senza bisogno di stampi o investimenti in attrezzature.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tempi rapidi di commercializzazione<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capacit\u00e0 di passare direttamente dalla progettazione a parti pronte per la produzione ha consentito un ciclo di sviluppo breve ed efficiente, favorendo un rapido ingresso nel mercato.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Produzione in corso<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today,\u00a0Prototal\u00a0is responsible for the\u00a0serial production of handles\u00a0for the Macula system. The components are manufactured using SLS in PA2200, <a href=\"https:\/\/prototalgroup.com\/services\/industrial-3d-printing\/polymer\/post-processing\/\">post-processed<\/a>, dyed, and delivered to Macula for integration of electronics and final assembly.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questo caso dimostra come la stampa 3D industriale possa funzionare come metodo di produzione primario per i componenti prodotti in serie nel settore della tecnologia dell&#8217;intrattenimento.
