The project demonstrates how\u00a0Industrial 3D Printing enables complex geometries, scalable production, and reduced time to market for advanced medical research equipment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cercamagnetics.com\">Cerca Magnetics<\/a> entwickelt Bildgebungssysteme f\u00fcr das Gehirn der n\u00e4chsten Generation unter Verwendung von Fortschritten in der Quantenphysik. Ihre Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die Umwandlung der traditionellen MEG-Technologie, die bisher auf gro\u00dfe, feste und teure Ger\u00e4te angewiesen war, in tragbare Systeme, die eine nat\u00fcrliche Bewegung w\u00e4hrend des Scannens erm\u00f6glichen. Dieser Ansatz erweitert den Zugang zu MEG-Scans, einschlie\u00dflich Anwendungsf\u00e4llen mit Kindern und Langzeitstudien, die mit herk\u00f6mmlichen Systemen bisher nicht m\u00f6glich waren.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Die Herausforderung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herk\u00f6mmliche MEG-Scanner arbeiten mit gro\u00dfen, starren Strukturen, die mehrere hundert Kilogramm wiegen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cerca ben\u00f6tigte eine Fertigungsl\u00f6sung, die diese Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen konnte:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hochkomplexe Geometrien, einschlie\u00dflich interner Kan\u00e4le, Hinterschneidungen und Gitterstrukturen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leichte und dennoch robuste Komponenten f\u00fcr tragbare medizinische Ger\u00e4te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mehrere Helmgr\u00f6\u00dfen f\u00fcr Benutzer unterschiedlichen Alters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schnelle Entwicklungszyklen ohne die Kosten und Verz\u00f6gerungen der Werkzeugherstellung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herk\u00f6mmliche Polymer-Herstellungsmethoden, wie z.B.
